Yosef (Yossi) Havilio is the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem and a lawyer. He served as the Legal Advisor to the Jerusalem Municipality for a decade, a social activist in the city of Jerusalem and winner of the Knight of the Quality of Government Award. He was a former athlete and Israeli champion in the 400-meter hurdles.
