ילידת קיבוץ גניגר.התחנכה בירושלים שם השלימה לימודי היסטוריה.עבדה כמנהלת משרד נסיעות ולקראת פרישה החלה בהדרכה במוזיאון אנו (בית התפוצות) שם מדריכה גם כיום.בת למחנכים, זהבה ושבח אדן שכתב ספר על יאנוש קורצאק וערך את כל כתביו.כסטודנט הכיר את יאנוש קורצאק בורשה.
Born in Kibbutz Geniger. She was educated in Jerusalem where she completed her history studies. Tamar worked as a manager of a travel agency and towards her retirement she began teaching at the ANNU Museum (Beit HaTfusot) where she is still a guide today. Daughter of educators, Zahva and Shevah Aden who wrote a book about Janusz Korczak and edited all his writings. As a student he met Janusz Korczak in Warsaw
